Unity hands coming together

We Are One

Bridging Indigenous wisdom and modern neuroscience for healing, growth, and transformation. Coming home to oneself and community through the sacred circle.

Begin Your Journey

The Sacred Path Home

We Are One honors the sacred circle - a symbol of wholeness, unity, and the eternal cycle of life that connects all beings. We understand that true healing happens when we return to our roots, our community, and our authentic selves.

Our approach weaves together the ancient wisdom of Indigenous traditions with cutting-edge neuroscience, creating a powerful path for transformation. We believe that when we heal ourselves, we heal our families, our communities, and future generations.

The circle represents our journey - we may travel far, face challenges, and experience growth, but we always return home with new wisdom to share with our community.

Stories of Transformation

I really like the content of the program and it really does work, as when I first got here I had trouble with my anxiety, I was maintaining it and not getting rid of it in my life, and now I feel like i have the tools to continue on with my life and I feel happy, happier than I was before. I would love to bring it to my community I think it will help everyone to heal themselves and to deal with addiction, trauma, and intergenerational trauma.

It was a great workshop I would recommend it because it helped me understand myself better and that there is always room to change for the better Tammy was a great speaker and very helpful she understood what she was teaching.

I came in here with an open mind and I'm glad I came. I learned to meditate when I'm stressed. Now I'm going to meditate every day and I recommend these guys. Thank you for inviting me to the program.
